Just not here.

This is not Malik, for those of you who are confused, I am Joelle, his younger sister.

For those of you who are wondering and waiting, Malik will not be returning, due to an accident on September 14, Malik was confined to the hospital in critical condition, he regained his health but then became ill with a severe scarlet fever.

He died on Thursday, November 23, 2006.

Malik wanted you all to know he missed you and he thought of every one of you as a friend, and even those of you whom he never had the chance to know, he gave his blessings to you.

He died at the young age of 17, but he'll always be with us.

Thanks to Malik, we are now in a church where we feel welcome and at home, we know he is with the God he loves so much and he'll be watching us now.

Thank you all for your support and friendship, and a special love to Emma, your friendship to my brother influenced our family for the better, and thanks to your continued love and care--our father has finally joined as well.
